Our Oystertainers dazzle guests with live shucking flair and a splash of culinary mischief, while the Raw Bar Rebels set the stage — building jaw-dropping displays of oysters, shrimp, and ceviche. And for those ready to take things up a notch, our Caviar Experience adds pure decadence to the mix: artful service by the bump, blini, or spoon, featuring premium roe and chef-paired accompaniments.
