The farmers markets are overflowing, Minnesota produce is at its peak, and this week's menu celebrates everything we love about cooking this time of year. The wait is over. MN tomato season has arrived.

Next week's Chef-to-Go menu is inspired by the incredible tomatoes coming straight from our favorite Minnesota growers—sun-ripened, bursting with flavor, and harvested at their absolute best.

From colorful heirlooms to sweet cherry tomatoes and juicy slicers, we're building a menu that lets this iconic summer ingredient shine.

As always, every dish is prepared fresh by our chefs with no subscriptions, no unnecessary packaging, and no shortcuts—just restaurant-quality dinners ready when you are.
