The farmers markets are overflowing, Minnesota produce is at its peak, and this week's menu celebrates everything we love about cooking this time of year. From line-caught wahoo and perfectly rendered duck breast to slow-braised Wagyu beef short ribs and a classic Spanish paella, these are the meals we'd be serving at our own dinner table.

Fresh wahoo seared until flaky and finished with lemon herb butter. Served over a colorful succotash of sweet corn, blistered cherry tomatoes, zucchini, basil, and summer squash.
Red Wine Braised Wagyu Beef Short Ribs • $32
Our signature slow-braised Wagyu beef short ribs served with farmers market baby potatoes tossed in house-made compound butter and fresh dill, seasonal vegetables, and rich natural jus.
Crispy Duck Breast with Cherry Gastrique • $29
Perfectly rendered duck breast served over Minnesota wild rice pilaf with grilled peaches, baby carrots, and a tart cherry gastrique.
Spanish Seafood Paella • $30
