Next week's Chef To Go menu is built around the height of Minnesota's summer harvest—market vegetables picked just hours before they hit our kitchen, vibrant herbs, sweet berries, tender greens, and the bold, comforting flavors that make this season our favorite to cook.
We're bringing back guest favorites alongside a few new creations we've been waiting all year to make. From slow-braised comfort dishes and fresh seafood to crisp seasonal salads, hearty family meals, and chef-crafted grab-and-go lunches, everything is prepared from scratch in our kitchen and ready for your week.

Tender chicken simmered in our rich tomato butter curry, served with fragrant basmati rice, creamy palak paneer, warm naan, and traditional Indian pickles.

Teriyaki chicken, Korean-style short ribs, coconut rice, grilled pineapple, island macaroni salad, and seasonal vegetables. A little taste of the islands without leaving Minnesota.
Bison Meatloaf • $24
Locally raised bison blended with caramelized onions, herbs, and roasted garlic, finished with our bourbon tomato glaze. Served alongside garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal market vegetables.

Our cult favorite. Premium albacore tuna, avocado mayo, Dijon, fresh herbs, celery, pickles, lemon, and plenty of crunch. Alright, alright, alright.
Cowboy Caviar • $12 (V)
Black beans, sweet corn, peppers, tomatoes, jalapeño, cilantro, red onion, and fresh lime vinaigrette. Scoop it with chips, spoon it over grilled proteins, or enjoy it all on its own.
